quickED provides both live webinar sessions and pre-recorded (on-demand) continuing education courses. By purchasing a course, you agree to the specific attendance and completion requirements mandated by the relevant state regulatory bodies.
Due to the digital nature of our curriculum and the administrative scheduling of live instructors, all sales are final.
Webinars & Pre-recorded Courses: No refunds will be issued once the purchase is completed.
Immediate Access: Access to pre-recorded content is granted immediately upon purchase; therefore, the “return” of digital goods is not possible.
We understand that professional schedules can change. We offer the ability to reschedule a live webinar under the following conditions:
Notice Requirement: You must provide at least 24 hours of advanced notice prior to the scheduled start time of your webinar.
Rescheduling Fee: A non-refundable rescheduling fee applies to all transfers.
Calendar Year Limitation: Rescheduling is only permitted for courses held within the current calendar year. Credits or registrations cannot be rolled over into the following year.
In accordance with the Georgia CE two-year renewal cycle, we provide specific accommodations for missed sessions:
Pre-recorded Makeup Availability: If a student misses a live webinar, we may offer a pre-recorded makeup session at our discretion.
Biennial Curriculum Updates: Our course content is updated every two years to align with the Georgia CE cycle.
Expiration of Content: If a student fails to complete a provided makeup session within the current biennial cycle, that content will be retired and no longer available.
⚠️ Important Note on Forfeiture: Failure to complete the makeup session before the curriculum is swapped out results in the forfeiture of the course fee and credit. It is the student’s responsibility to ensure completion before the end of the current cycle.
Certificates of completion will only be issued to students who have attended the full duration of a webinar or completed all modules of a pre-recorded course.
For Georgia Residents: Attendance and completion data will be reported to the appropriate licensing board only after all course requirements are fully met.
