FAQ

Don't I need In-Person Hours?

The Secretary of State requires half of your total hours to be completed in a live class. However, in 2018, SOS approved our webinars to count as live hours.

Do I need a camera or microphone for the webinar?

No. Neither is required. Attendance is monitored by our polling questions that our instructors ask throughout the course.

What do I do after I attend the class?

You will need to download your Certificate of Completion keep a copy for your records. You must also renew your license with the Secretary of State by June 30th, 2024.

How to download Zoom?

Downloading Zoom is quick and easy. Follow these steps depending on your device:

     For desktop computers (Windows or macOS):

    • Visit the official Zoom download center: https://zoom.us/download
    • Click on the “Download” button under “Zoom Client for Meetings”.
    • Once the download is complete, open the installer file and follow the on-screen instructions.
